The eCorridor Technology Park is a Virginia Tobacco Commission funded project designed to facilitate the industrial growth in Southwest Virginia. The eCorridor Technology Park Project developed 30 acres within a 65 acre tract for technology based industry. It is located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of U.S. Routes 19 and 23 in Duffield, Virginia. Development of the Park consisted of excavating/filling approximately 600,000 cubic yards of soil and rippable rock and the construction of approximately:

  • 2,618 linear feet of access road and associated storm drainage

  • 2,282 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer line;

  • 2,513 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, with fire protection;

  • 2,969 linear feet of fiber optic (high speed) cable;

  • Development of three (3) lots:

        - Lot No. 1 containing approximately 20 acres - finished pad elevation of 1446 feet msl;

        - Lot No. 2 containing approximately 6 acres - finished pad elevation of 1385 feet msl;

        - Lot No. 3 containing approximately 4 acres - finished pad elevation of 1406 feet msl;

  • Other associated site development/land disturbing activities.
