Profile

Mr. Spickard has over 25 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. He has been involved in all phases of site development engineering including storm sewer design, storm water management, site grading, highway design and sedimentation control. He has extensive experience in the design of water and sewage treatment plants and in planning coal mining operations to reduce environmental impact and comply with Virginia regulations.
