Profile

Stephen McElroy has two (2) years of co-op experience before becoming a staff engineer in 2004.  His experience includes preparation of infiltration/inflow repair, environmental assessment reports, preliminary engineering reports, hydrology and channel hydraulics, site development and design, CADD design and mapping, and various waterline projects; and, construction administration of  these assignments.  Services also include consultation and coordination with various state and federal regulatory agencies, preparation of environmental documents and construction documents.
